  5. Damaged Product (SKU): The SKU of the damaged product, found on the packaging or product details page.
  6. Shipping Address: The address where the product was delivered.
  7. Description of the Issue: A clear and detailed explanation of the damage.




Step 2: Take Photos of the Damage

Providing clear images will help us resolve the issue faster. Please take the following steps:

  • Capture Close-Up and Wide Shots: Include close-up photos of the damaged area and wide-angle shots of the entire product.
  • Highlight Packaging Damage (If Applicable): If the package was damaged during delivery, include photos of the packaging.
